Weeko Focus FAQ

01

Is Weeko Focus a subscription app?

AWeeko Focus offers a Free version and Pro options (Yearly or Lifetime) via StoreKit 2 to support continuous development.

02

Does the away lock screen replace macOS lock screen?

ANo. The away lock screen is an app-level protection to pause timers and block distractions. Its security relies on your system Touch ID or login password (if you haven't set a Mac password, it cannot effectively block access). For long absences, use the system shortcut (Control + Command + Q).

03

Will my focus timer be inaccurate if my Mac is under heavy load?

ANo. The countdown is calculated based on the target end time rather than accumulating timer ticks, minimizing time drift caused by system lag.

04

What happens when my Mac goes to sleep?

AWeeko Focus automatically pauses your session when the system sleeps. Upon waking up, it waits for you to manually resume.
